The U3M-148-3/4 Ultrasonic Level Sensor is a micro-probe designed for non-contact continuous level measurement in compact or challenging environments like drums and remote tanks. It emits ultrasonic pulses from a self-cleaning PVC transducer mounted via ¾″ NPT and transmits a precise 4–20 mA output with 0.03″ resolution. Its microprocessor-enhanced design supports onboard, push-button calibration, temperature compensation, and echo filtering—ensuring accurate and reliable measurement even on cluttered or sticky surfaces. With rugged IP65 protection and options for RS485 or relay outputs, it integrates seamlessly into automation systems, offering flexibility and durability for food, chemical, fuel, and wastewater applications.
